Sessions run for 8 weeks and cover and mix of materials and techniques. We have explored drawing, acrylic painting, printmaking and 3 dimensional objects. Some examples of the work are shown below. So many in the class have been attending for years, and I am proud of their hard work and dedication to the artistic process shown when approaching the projects in class. It is not that I am surprised by their output because I see their good work each week, but I continue to marvel at the breadth of imagination and the ability of children and young people to take an idea or approach that is given to them and then to watch them work through it and create something incredibly beautiful and unique - each creation a reflection of their individual style.
